Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of MBOA Express to source, transport, and hand over curated items between the United States and Cameroon.

1. Orders & Deposit

A non-binding 25% deposit secures sourcing of the item. The remaining 75% balance is due at handover (relay pickup or door delivery, depending on route).

2. Identity Verification

An ID selfie is captured at checkout and verified again at handover. This protects both parties from fraud.

3. Refunds

If the item cannot be sourced, the deposit is fully refunded. If you cancel after sourcing has begun, the deposit may be retained to cover incurred costs.

4. Liability

MBOA Express is liable for items in transit up to declared value. Customs duties and import restrictions are the customer's responsibility.

5. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version accepted at checkout (v1.0-2026-06-25) is the version that governs your order.
